5. Original Bank statement for last six months( Must more than 180 days) . Minimum Balance Taka 70,000/-for Single Entry

For Businessman

1. Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English 

2. Letterhead Pad

3. Personal Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate (Last 3 Months)

1. Student ID Card for Student

2. Birth Certificate for Infant
